Mount Teide, with its covering of snow in the winter months, is clearly visible from the pool terrace of Villa Kerig.

For a different type of day out why not take a drive up through the mountains and forests of the National Park del Teide. The drive will take you up above the clouds and through some truly amazing scenery, culminating with Mount Teide at its peak.

Once you reach Mount Teide why not take the cable car to the very top and walk round the summit, from here you can see the other 6 islands which make up the Canary Islands.

Parque National del Teide has been used as the set location for several major films and offers the photographers amongst your party a chance to capture some truly wonderful scenery.
