Playa de Las Americas is just a 10 minute drive from Villa Kerig and is the largest resort on the South of Tenerife.

It offers sandy beaches for the sun worshippers, close to shops and cafes for those who do not want to lay out all day and enough nightlife to satisfy the night owls amongst you.

Wind surfing is a favourite pastime for the waterbabes and there are seats where you can sit and spend a pleasant time watching them on the water.

There is a coastal path that links Playa de Las Americas with Los Cristianos, and the walk is a pleasant 30 minutes stroll along a good, flat surface - with plenty of cafes and seating along the way.
